Lack of communication. When she did it was often wrong or to tell me there was a delay. I had to request status and it would often take several hours for a response. She stated several times that she did not realize how big of a job it was.

No loaner cars, after Friday no information about when my car might be finished,Getting through to the service department is a nightmare, sent to and answering service many times. When I eventually got through Peter was not helpful. I doubt I will ever purchase another vehicle from you’re dealership. This is our second navigatypurchased there and service has always been an issue.

My service advisor for the last 4 years since I bought my truck new has been Pete Roshell. I sent him an email regarding my need for a service and he responded promptly. I scheduled my appointment for the next day and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes which was better than he estimated. He always has a smile on his face and is personable. Another great service experience!

Heath took the time to explain the service process, this was my first service on my car. He also showed me the Customer waiting area and how long the service would take on my car. I very happy with both Customer service and service to my car.

Tyler was terrific from start to finish. 5 Stars all the way around. I’ve had awful service in my 3 previous trips to Ford dealerships. This was by far, leaps and bounds the best experience that I’ve had in my 5+ years of owning my truck.
