My recall service does not look like it was completed.
We were told that the service was going to take 6 hrs but instead it took 2 days. The loaner had mileage limitations and also required me to provide a credit card. This isn't the 1st time we've had our car in service with a loaner and we did not need a credit card for the loaner.
Car was to picked up at home at 8am.. We had to call and reset entire process. Car was not picked up till almisr 10. Messed up part of our morning waiting on you
