I appreciate Rachel continuously keeping me updated on my vehicle. She’s very pleasant, thorough, efficient. I will not take my vehicle to Five Star in Lewisville, I will continue to take it to Grapevine Ford. I feel confident in the quality, response, and customer service overall.

The issue I had was that I waited almost 3 hours before I was told I had a nails in one of my tires AND then told the tire I needed was not in stock thus I left without having any work done and had to come back another day. It would have been better for a customer to be notified that the tire could NOT be repaired and would have to be replaced prior to waiting an INORDINATE amount of time for NOTHING. I didn’t understand the time delay as NO ONE was even in the waiting room except me. HONESTLY it makes me want to go elsewhere in the future simply because I don’t have hours to wait.

I picked up my vehicle on Thursday 9/23 and was not given any repair paperwork for my records. Rachel told me she was still running time for warranty and could not print out any documentation of my repairs. I have texted her and emailed her twice and it is almost a week later and I still haven’t received my repair paperwork. I don’t know if she is still running time for warranty or not. She advised me that she would email me as soon as she finished running time. My vehicle was with your dealership for 10 days.

This comment has nothing to do with Jason my service manager, but more as a dealership as a whole. I made an online appointment and arrived at my allotted time, only to learn that it would be a full day before my truck was even looked at. I had not arranged for anyone to give me a ride home and had I known my truck wouldn’t be serviced until the next day I would have waited. Instead I had to find alternate transportation to work the next day and then find a way back to the dealership. All told I probably drove close to 85 miles out of my way because my “appointment” wasn’t really an appointment. Very frustrating.
