I live in Irving where there is a dealership closer, however, I have continued to return to Grapevine, because the service is far more superior. Even when things get busy, service is top notch. I do not mean to be trite, but it is consistently great! Thanks Tyler.

After a very unusual call to set an appointment (I couldn’t understand her “English”), I drove to the Grapevine Ford dealership and Chris took care of the rest. I assumed I would just set an appointment for another day but Chris was able to get the service completed, while I waited. Yay! Going back to the initial call, the lady on the phone painstakingly needed more information than Grapevine Ford has ever requested about me and my vehicle. They usually look it up by my phone number. After struggling to understand her and provide answers, said she couldn’t set an appointment tor me to wait for the my vehicle. So, the entire frustrating call was a complete waste of time. I work with people from around the world and frequently, English is their second language. Her English skills are NOT up to par to be taking calls from English speaking customers. Ford was about to lose a customer. Thankfully, Chris efficiently took care of my oil change and tire rotation. It was easy for him, just like it should be.

Pete goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are kept informed as to the status of their vehicle. He continues to be a great asset for Grapevine Ford. The dealership owner(s) are fortunate to have Pete as an employee. The above also applies to Ana Husband, who is also an exceptional asset to the dealership.
