Jodi is without a doubt one of the best. I have experienced several Ford advisors over the years and none come close to her! Also very impressed with the tech that changed the cam phasers! Truck runs like new and the engine bay was left clean with no leaks! Many thanks yo the tech as well!

1. No one greets you in the service department (neither in Ford or Lincoln). I had to get out of my car & find someone to check my car in. 2. Service is horrible! On drop off & pick up I had to locate my car and find it in the parking lot. There’s no valet to bring a customer their car?! And the car was filthy! This is the only dealership that doesn’t provide a complimentary wash? 3. I dropped it off with two issues and left it for two weeks. Only the headlight was fixed, not the engine. The engine sound was obvious as soon as I turned it on AT FORD…will not be back!

Pete did a great job today. He kept me updated. My service was to rotate the tires. Interesting the air pressure was not checked. It was low one tire and after service it was still low. Not good service.
