I was told I would have to pay a separate diagnostic price of $150 for each reading on my car despite having one diagnostic reading done. Grapevine Lincoln is the only dealership I've ever heard of that charges per reading. Since I had three complaints I was told it would cost me $450 just to confirm my complaints. So if I had 5 complaints, that would cost my $750, just to tell me what's wrong with my car. That's a horrible business practice and based purely on greed. That's enough to keep me away from Grapevine Lincoln.

My vehicle was picked up at 1:00 pm and at 7:00 pm I was having to call to ask where it was. Absolutely no communication. Then I didn’t actually get it back until the next morning. And all of that for an oil change! You really can’t make this up. I have yet to believe this location has any understanding of what the customer expects when we pay the extreme price for a Black Label vehicle. Very frustrating.
