I am not satisfied at all that it took 3 1/2 weeks to get the repair done.
That is not acceptable. This is the 6. Car I got from Grapevine Ford and it might very well be my last Ford if you are not able to do repairs in a timely manner.

First person in line but overlooked & had to speak up to get waited on. Service people actually waited on people in their vehicles behind me! No rental car was available.
Called 5 times for status on vehicle -couldn’t reach my service manager or any service mngr. Operator kept transferring me & never came back on line. still no response or status from service so I left work & went to the dealer. My car was completed, parked & I was not notified. It became a frustrating experience from lack of communication. From beginning to end.
