Well I don’t trust any just anyone with my Silverado 2500. I met Jose in the service department at Martin Chevy when there was a recall on my truck. I told him I was worried about my new truck, Jose assured me that everything would be ok and I didn’t have any thing to worry about he would take care of my truck. So since then he gained my confidence and my confidence with the dealership. Martin Chevy has a great employee and I hope they know it. Since meeting Jose I will be purchasing my next vehicles from Martin Chevy.

My 1500 Silverado loses power when I make left slow turns. The issue was blamed on a battery. Why wasn’t a battery put in to test it to confirm that was the reason. In stead I was told it would be 300.00 For installation of a new battery and that’s no guaranteeing that it would solve the problem. So I’m driving a vehicle that isn’t safe. Wasted my time and money

My Experience was different then I usually experience at a chevrolet dealership. A Employee directing the cars saying the “N” word so openly to his co worker. Then they forgot to restart my oil percentage, I had to drive back to torrance for them to restart my oil percentage. Dealing with the black friday coupon the Service consultant said I could only use One coupon per day even though the coupon stated I could have a oil change and rotation tires in one service . The service consultant was confused and another service consultant stated I could only use one per service, Which is just the oil change. It was ridiculous, My first time dealing with this kind of experience and Surely will be the last.

Waited for over an hour then went to check on my car and nothing was done because they locked the keys in the car. Then they wanted us to pay to have somebody unlock it. Will never come back to Martin Chevrolet for service.
