They were unable to diagnose a simple problem with the steering column. They quoted me $179.00 to even try to diagnose it. I did a 4 second search on the internet to show them what the problem was. They indicated that the did a visual inspection and couldn’t locate the problem. I immediately drove the truck to another shop. They immediately diagnosed it and fixed it in less than two hours. I won’t be back...

Thank you for making sure my vehicle meet the standards that I know Chevy has come to stand by and uphold. My car makes the signature Chevy sound now, when I rev the engine, which is a sound that is unmistakable. I feel balance in the two mufflers. As I continue to have my vehicle serviced, I will be expecting the same signature service. So make sure everyone in the maintenance dept. knows that. I felt so good about the car and the service. I hooe that it will be like this always! Thank you!

It was pretty lame, got a quick vehicle return tho, only because I was shorted service and didn't recieve a full service maintenance (as per the arrangement when I purchased the vehicle) , I didn't get a tire rotation or a top off with my free scheduled maintenance. It was kinda of a RIP off. Also no carwash and the black lady driver returning my vehicle obviously passed gas in my car right before returning it. Feel like you guys owe me another one
