Advisors were awesome lifesavers, mechanics did a awesome job on my car time frame was even better was actually considering buying my next Camaro there until I ran into that elderly lady at cashier's window she has a bad attitude and actually tried to make it difficult for me to pay for my repairs it was something about me she didn't like the way i looked dressed who knows with people I'm very friendly and polite and respectful, the advisor let me know at 4 its ready,i get there about 530 Friday, I will never forget the look she gave me and the shoulder shrug like I don't care,I was trying to pay with a debit card which really doesn't have anything to do with her personal approval.short story I paid for my repairs and got my car thanks so much for that person, but unfortunately I will never go there again, instead of being helpful and friendly, she was the total opposite,example the type of lady that will walk up to u and say u can't park there when you can, just something to let you know she don't like you. But I'm satisfied with my cars performance so far ,so thanks to the mechanic, and advisor great job thank you again.

I took my car in because it wouldn’t start. They said it had something to do with a module and they updated my system which was not covered under my warranty. I argued that it had to be covered but the representative said no. I ended up spending two hours looking over my coverage that night and then spending some time on the phone with the claims department to find that no one ever called and it was actually covered. I wasted all my time when the proper steps weren’t taken at the shop. I will never be coming back for service at this location. This caused me so much unnecessary stress.

After all I had to repair all by myself and the cooling system was a different leak by the connector not, the housing the crank shaft sensor wasn't leaking the screw was loose. The gasket is not sealed well. The refuse of service to me as I explained to him that the leaks are there. he said it gonna not happen... I was thinking to the service management he was surprised.. From my understanding I was calm and peaceful setting I not even know the adviser well. But told me all is fine with my last visit result of leaks. He lied about the cooling system that isn't touched it was the pen marks from the mechanic was there. I had before exchange the whole housing and the matter of fact it got moved. The stick around the connector was leaking and before the repair on a different issue, it wasn't leaking... The only thing what angry me is a service adviser lies and get an attitude. I think he is in the wrong place of work I don't want him as service adviser ! He cost me 16000 and future repairs
