I originally came in because my driver door does not lock. After leaving it with the service department for half the day they then called me back stating that the part would have to be ordered (which is understandable). Being the only car that I own I could not leave it there until it was repaired (4 days according to the rep). I totally understand that the part was not available and that I would have to come back in. What I did not appreciate was that I was supposed to be given a complimentary inspection and I don’t even believe that was done. One of the things that was supposed to be inspected was the pressure on all four tires. It was supposed to be set to oem spec and they failed to do something that simple, which makes me believe that they failed to inspect anything else. Three of the four tires were about 6 to 5 psi lower than oem. Also the last time my tires were rotated I noticed that the tire pressure sensors were not reset to match the correct wheel positioning (they also didn’t reset them this time around ). Although this isn’t a huge deal, it isn’t confidence inspiring. It makes me feel that if the service department fails on small details such as these, then I shouldn't trust them with more important services.

It was what I am accustomed to teceiving at Martin Chrevrolet. The service was quick and efficient. I arrived early and was the first customer in line, so there is that. Everything was explained accurately beforehand.
