Arrived at 7:45 and Appointment at 8. Staff quick to come out and get me checked in. Very friendly service. Diagnosis of Vehicle began after 11. Vehicle returned to me at 1 pm with no repairs completed and the possibility of having to return the vehicle should the engine light come back on. People with later appointments were being assisted and work completed in a quicker turnaround time. Why make an appointment if you can’t actually look at the vehicle until 3.5-4 hours later? I had no choice but to wait.

No one is on the same page in the service Dept, all the to the cashier. This will be addressed with Lewis , the Gm of Martin Chevrolet.

Had no idea where to go or who to talk to when I returned to pick up my car. Stood around for quite awhile before someone finally told me to go to cashier. I was told to return rental to Service Dept. but no one even asked where I parked it. I had to ask who to leave keys with. I was told on the phone that the issues with my car’s acceleration were normal. I’m not convinced this is true and would have appreciated someone explaining to me in person. The fact that I had to bring my brand new car in for service the day after the purchase is cause for concern. The Salesman knew it was being brought in and he should have at least had the courtesy to check and make sure it was being taken care of.

My husband brought my car in and he was disappointed with the service. We was getting a routine oil change and somethings checked. The service representative they don't give rental and I have gotten rentals before when the service is going to take a long time; my husband explain that too the service representative then he changed his store and said he has no rentals available. I just feel he should have been more honest regarding car rental and offered at less transportation to somewhere close.

Customer service very good but EXPLANATION of what I was paying for and cost VERY DIFFERENT when the bill came. $65 oil change no Problem then it was recommended I get engine serviced @$169 no Problem but then I Add up $169 supposedly that was the coupon offer fr MC and $65=$234 I get the whole taxes but it makes me wonder @$110 labor $64.30 throttle body kit Fuel additive $21 and labor $1 if they are already working on truck why tack on another buck here and a few bucks more there . I will ask for complete break down prior to service. Other than that the service guy was NICE :)

Rich is the reason why I still come to Martin Chevrolet for the past 19 years. He has great attitude, knowledge and honesty. My new car is a GMC, I will only bring it to Rich for service. I’ve never been to the GMC service department
