I brought my Volt in because it had a message that my high voltage charging system needed service causing me to be unable to charge. Was told there was a backlog for volt service and that it would have to be over night. On the second day in the afternoon, I called because I received no update. Nobody even looked at my car. I called the third day in the morning and was told that I would be called back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later I called and was told it needs a software update for $400. Really? That much to fix a problem that shouldn't even happen and couldn't possibly take much time to do. I feel completely ripped off.

The service rep was good. But the answer that I got on my truck was the same thing I told them and the pricing was ridiculous to maybe fix the problem not for sure. That the answer I got. Well I'm not gonna spend 2000 to just see if that gonna fix it

Nick was great and you courtesy car driver was really nice. I doubt if anybody ever takes the time to tell you that, in fact some of the passengers don't even bother to thank him. I am sorry I don't remember his name. i will try to do better.
