The follow up for my maintenance was dismal. I do appreciate the fix for the recall, however my advisor said it wasn’t for me. Martin Chevy seemed to unprepared and not willing to help a customer. I said I did not want to leave my car for the weekend when I dropped it off on Friday, I didn’t get it back until Tuesday. You have to train people to interact with customers at a much higher level. That was not a pleasant experience for me.
Service was fine. But: Car was returned dirty. It had been recently washed. It is always garaged. The car was left out where it got dusty, then damp overnight. Finally, someone drove it through the water mess in your driveway and splashed mud up on it. Thanks guys. Really appreciated that.

Took to long appointment was at 10:30 asked about how long it will take was told about an hour took 2.5 hours. That was the only thing wrong other than that I was satisfied.

Rich was really polite and knowledgeable. He was able to provide concise information and made it simple for me to understand. However when I called to make the appointment Juan was very rude when he answered the phone, I was contemplating going somewhere else, but luckily Rich saved the day.

It was like I was in a totally different place—the previously negligent, terrible “service” was replaced with prompt, courteous, caring and intelligent help. It was great. Alvin was terrific. First time, no one in any role, except for a kind phone receptionist, responded at all. This time, the entire crew seemed to be eager to provide excellent service. Most of my interaction was with Alvin who was professional, charming and efficient. Thanks for asking.
