Martin Chevrolet's service department displays a complete indifference to customer service. From being greeted with a 30 minute wait simply to check in, to ending with being notified that the part being installed (seatbelt) was ordered incorrectly, this was a complete waste of time. We understand that mix ups happen but it was the staff's noticeable indifference as a whole that really stands out. In all the years of having cars serviced I've written 2 reviews... Both for this dealership...My wife and I do not complain much but this dealership's service department is truly frustrating enough for me to go ahead take the time and write this email.

I have been very satisfied with my service at Martin Chevrolet. Everybody is very friendly and always willing to help and listen to my concerns. Ben the service manager is great. He always helps me if I need help. William C is a great service advisor. Always listens to my concerns and gets it fixed. Thank you for having a great team of employees from Ben S the service manager, William C the service advisor and all the other service advisors to the lady in the cashiers office. It makes for a great experience.
