I dropped my car off Monday morning. There were a number of service/maintenance items that needed to be done. I agreed to having everything done which came to $1,100 worth of work. When I picked my car up today (Tuesday) it was dirty, it looked like someone washed a car next to it and then drove it through some mud. My car was washed inside and out on Sunday, the day before I dropped it off. I drove off the lot and immmediatly realized there was a scratch in the leather of my steering wheel. I called Ed and went back to the dealership. He apologized and told me he isn’t the one that works on the cars so he doesn’t know what happened. He may not work on the car but he is the face of the technician and the entire service department. Now I have to bring my car back to have the scratch in my steering wheel fixed. When I drop my car off I expect it in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I also expect the technicians and service writers to do their jobs and fix my car, not make it worse. I’m extremely disappointed in the treatment of my car and will be looking for a new place to take my car for service.
