Alex was wonderful! He arranged to have me taken to my camper and when my car was finished that evening he came back and picked me up. They even washed my car and vaccum inside!!!! My home dealership, Pinehurst Kia, doesn't even do that for me and I am the former Global Ambassador for Kia motors America 2015! I am glad I work near Hendrick Kia! You just have become my preferred dealership of choice! Thank you!

Alex was absolutely excellent. He gave me a full tour of the facility making me feel right at home for my first experience at Hendrick Concord. I'll definitely return for my full-service maintenance soon.

Well to start, I scheduled my appointment with Karri Carbon. When I showed up the same day for the appointment Oscar Gomez greeted me. For whatever reason he could not find my scheduled appointment in the computer. He then tells me I need to reschedule for another day because Karri was not supposed to schedule a same day appointment for whatever reason. He starts to get short with me when I ask why. He is telling me that she needs to be retrained and to learn how to do her job, like it is my concern about Hendricks training policies and management issues. Anyway, So I reschedule. Come back the next day and drop my car off. Again oscar Gomez greets me. He calls enterprise rentals to let them now I'm ready to be picked up. They ask for the RO and PO numbers. For whatever reason he says he will have to give them the RO when they arrive to pick me up. They come about 10 minutes later to pick me up, oscar tells me they have arrived and I leave. Get to enterprise to find out oscar never gave him them RO number. Enterprise calls oscar and service desk for about 30 minutes trying to get the number. Never reaching them. I start calling because they tell me I cant rent a car without the number. Finally I get thru and get the number from someone else. At this point I've sat at enterprise for almost an hour for the simple fact oscar couldn't follow thru with his job. Then, Saturday, I get a call from oscar saying my car was ready and they couldn't find or fix the problem. He again for unknown reasons to me is being short and rude. I ask him what I am supposed to do and he says take it to another dealership. I ask him which one and he says it doesn't matter. I was left feeling like he could care less. I am also disappointed that I got the Hendricks auto care, so if I had problems, I could get them resolved at Hendrick. Now I'm being passed on to any other dealership.

Oscar met me at my car as I pulled into the dealership. He welcomed me and took my mileage and brought me to his work station. I told him why I was there and that I had to leave by 930. He said the car would be ready and it was. Oscar made me feel at home and explained to me what the vehicle inspection found out. Great overall experience.
