I wish the problem was a replaceable part and would have fallen under the extended warranty we purschase from where we bought the car. Since the cluster panel had been removed and reinstalled. We have noticed twice that the chime for seatbelt sounded like it was ill.

I always come to Hendrick Kia of Concord, because of Kerri Carbon, your Service Manager. When she was in Mooresville, she always done right by me. I got great service. I would never deal with anyone but Kerri. When she told me she was moving to Hendrix Concord, I told her that I would drive all the way over there. I live in Troutman. I chose to do so, because Kerri was always honest with me and she always made sure that my Kia was serviced the right way.

Disappointment in time to service vehicle. Appt. at 7am I was the only vehicle in the bay no other customers. Had an oil change, battery replacement, headlight replacement. At 9:15 roughly advisor stated it would take 20 more minutes to get headlight that was not in stock. I agreed to wait.
