Alex was a nice young man the service I believe I received was well however you're waiting area LACKS Comfort to accommodate customers the previous store off Independence had better accommodations in reference to more comfortable chairs private stations were a customer can sit and have a sensnse of privacy and could read or work at the booth the TVs and the snacks offered more as well coffee flavored creams and hot chocolate mix with asdorted chip crackets and candy the staff were very approachable and nights over as well I will miss that store

Yes I was very satisfied with some customer service they were faster I didn't have to wait long there's only 1 Thing you promise to vacuum out my car and that really wasn't done the front was vacuum but the back was it. Thank you anyways
Alex service manager is excellent and very professional. Because of his service team staff made service time quick. I would recommend Alex and his service team to every Kia owners. Thank you Alex for making our service experience a non worrysume experience of no stress.
The car wash was terrible. I realize it’s not a huge deal in the grand scheme, but the car wash that I receive after service is always bad. This time there were random large un-washed patches all over the car and it looked so slack. I would rather have a car that was dirty all over than one that’s literally half-washed. It looked like a 5 yr old washed it.
Also, Kia recommends services that aren’t necessarily required for the mileage driven. An example is the transmission service for a 2016 Sorento. The tech listed that service for my Sorento at 60K, but the owners manual states that you shouldn’t have to service the transmission at all except for severe driving conditions. They should just tell you that when recommending services so that you make an informed decision with ALL the information. That service alone was $140. When questioned about it the tech did say that it just came up in the list for the mileage, so i’m Sure it isn’t his fault - just need to include that info in the automatic recommendations that pop up.
Overall, i’m satisfied with the service and Alex is always nice. Just need to work on the car wash - it’s the final impression your service department makes and it’s always mediocre at its best.
My car was finished in the time said and they vacuum it.
