I do appreciate Alex fitting me in the schedule. But I don’t appreciate being told to go next door to get my oil change and that supposedly being the wrong place to go after I setup an appointment. I had to wait almost two hours and that just upset me because I was just doing what I was told to do when I came there.
I always enjoy the experience I have at KIA. Everyone is so professional an polite. Kristine was amazing helping me get scheduled an seen for so many thing on my car. She worked her magic lol

Took car in for service and was told it would be vacuumed and cleaned. Waited 2 hours only to get car that had not been vacuumed at all. Ended up having to wait additional time to get car vacuumed and it was still half done. Poor quality service

Oscar was such a great help and extremely polite and informative! I have had negative experiences at another Kia dealership that is no longer open, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was kept up to date on my service and very informative about some questions I had! I will be back in the near future!
