I was highly impressed with my service writer through the whole process. She was very informative and answered my questions. The dealership and service department has earned my trust. The service was untouchable and I dont want anybody else touching my vehicle. I drive from High Point NC for my services because I know that nobody is going to take care of my vehicle better than the place I bought it.
Everyone was great. Quoted a price of $39 to replace low beam light for labor and part. Was charged $260 total. Tried to help by removing the $10 cost of labor.
Oscar quickly realized I had a different car from the one I usually brought to you for service. he got things corrected and kept to the 1 hr promise as well.
