When I make an appointment for an oil change. It should not be unreasonable to ask that it is completed in under an hour.

I was not greeted at my vehicle upon entry to the service deck. A representative walked in front of my vehicle without greeting me. I went to the counter and was told by a representative that she was busy with another customer who had been waiting at the dealership for four hours. She did not direct me to one of the other two representatives. I asked the next representative, who walked in front of my vehicle upon entry if she where busy and she said no that she could rake care of me. I’ve never received substandard service from this location until this visit which I felt was odd.
