Crystal did a fine job with the handling of the service of my vehicle. I dropped the car off Thursday afternoon . Early Friday I received a phone call from her with the findings of the problems with the vehicle and an estimate of repairs. Picked up my vehicle Saturday morning. Great job Crystal
Well after visiting Gold Coast Cadillac tech services my problem was solvent by Service manager... unfortunately I don’t know the name...I’m continue deal with Gold Coast thanks to that manager....but unfortunately I can’t say the same about Stephen Ferraro
