Bonnie acted expeditiously in getting our car in service on a unrelated warranty issue. During this visit they discovered a problem with the door looking mechanism. Bonnie then arranged for a loaner car while she worked on securing the replacement parts. We appreciate her respect for our time and efforts to minimize our inconvenience. Thanks for a great experience of customer satisfaction.

The transmission was bucking in low gears. You had it for 5 days. It's fixed now per you. Not really. It is better but still bucking at lower gear just not as bad.
