Service was very professional.
I was first assigned to an initial service rep. He was on the phone, facing me, then he stayed on the phone and turned away from me. At no time did he acknowledge me. He was at the first work station as I drove in - in front of The young women (I think her name is Crystal). I had to call out and ask if there was someone who wasn’t too busy to help me. Then a very nice woman sitting in the first station in the next bay helped me and did a wonderful job. I didn’t say I was dissatisfied because I ended up being helped by that women.
