I would actively recruit her she is a gem and the management staff at Gold Coast Cadillac doesn’t recognize and realize what a gem that they have In the service department! She was exceptionally nice and helpful. It was my first oil change since I purchased my car back in July of 2020. I was told at time of purchase that my first oil change would be free. Well needless to say the time had expired for the oil change. She was able to get me the oil change at no charge. I really appreciate her going above and beyond. Thanks again!
