Steve was pleasant and knowledgeable. If I can just share one thing. Before moving here I worked with McGuire Cadillac in Newton and when you entered their service center, it was like I was the only customer. They were attentive knew my name, made sure to engage with what’s being done. I’ve been at Gold Coast 3 times and when u pull in no one even looks up. There were 4 agents at their stations and I realize they are busy but I’d say I waited a good 5 or 6 minutes to be addressed. At McGuire before you could turn the car off someone was at the door opening it and chatting with me. Just a little something extra that goes a long way. You asked.
