Charges make no sense
I was charged 89 + tax for oil change today
The prior time I was charged 69 + tax
And the one prior was 49 $ + tax
It is the same service
Same vehicle
I wonder if next time will be an extra 20
If we follow the same pattern

This was the 2nd time I had my car in the shop for the same squealing coming from the back seat, and the problem was NOT fixed.
I was called that they need back the loner car that I had and that all is fixed, but in fact, they just wanted to get back the loner quickly as the guy on the phone said that it was sold.
The problem was NOT resolved... the only reason I am not bringing it in again is simply that I don't have the time. I am extremely annoyed with this. I would have ended the lease already, but the lease already, but the leasing agent said that I have to bring it in a 3rd time before I can have the lease terminated ad get a new car.
I was very satisfied with the work in my car and the customer service thank.
You guys are the Best
