I was charged for a 2nd remote and told I didn’t need the key all which was already paid for by my husband and the key was there. Besides the mix up with the key which I tried to explain the service was good
I was disappointed that I had to verify what I submitted to your company online I was dissatisfied that they were not aware of the different Warranty programs that we had purchased I am disappointed that they charged my credit card the full amount even though we had a service contract I am dissatisfied they did not replace the tire that had a nail in it but rather just fixed it which is in violation of the tire replacement contract
