This is my first Cadillac and my first time using the Service Department at Gold Coast. Seamless would be an understatement. John Boyle greeted me promptly at 8am. In a matter of 10 minutes I was checked in and in my loaner car. I received periodic emails throughout the day and ultimately a text message letting me know that my car was ready to pickup. I will be a return customer. I have run client service teams for the better part of 25 years. I would be blessed to have someone like John Boyle working on my team. Kudos!
