Mr. Boyle was very accommodating. The last time the lock on the drivers door would not lock, it had corrected itself so there was no problem for the service assistant to see. I was told to just bring the car in if it happened again. I did not have an appointment but Mr. Boyle said they would look at it. I also mentioned that I had an appointment in 2 weeks as the CUE was indicating I needed air in the left front tire but I put air in and I checked the pressure everyday to insure there were 34 lbs. Mr Boyle noticed the left rear tire was quite low even though the CUE read there was 34 lbs. of air. I greatly appreciate that I was able to get these repairs done while I waited. Thank you.

I purchased an H2 from you and then an SRX. Your service has always been a 10. This experience with the SRX was horrible. The headlights got dimmer and dimmer until they became a real safety issue. I found out that it is a defect that Cadillac refuses to address. I was offered a 10% discount. What an insult. Two new headlights cost me $1500 dollars. You can buy them on line for less then $300 dollars. Then you charged me $160 dollars to investigate why the lift gate stopped working. I already removed the bin and found the circuit board corroded. Gold Coast Cadillac quoted me $3,000.00 dollars to fix the issue. The board and pump can be purchased from Amazon for less then $300.00 dollars. I have list all trust and confidence in Gold Coast. You will never see me again. I will tell everyone about your terrible service, and your outrageous prices. By the way I am in the market for a new SUV as soon as the chip and car shortages are over. Phillip Trocchia was very helpful. He made me feel a little better when explaining that this expensive light assembly part would be guaranteed for two years with unlimited miles. Unfortunately, things today are back ordered due to the Covid virus and getting replacement parts are more difficult. He did everything possible to discount said repair. Costing over $1,100 to replace a defective drivers side front headlight on my 2011 Cadillac Escalade seems crazy but the headlight seal deteriorated due to aging. I hope this repair will last for a while giving me many more years of enjoyment in owning a Cadillac, and can count on Gold Coast Cadillac for excellent service.
