I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance and it took 2 and a half hours for an oil change and changing brake pads for a second time. Also, my tires were not rotated even though I was told they were.

Yes but i was told the job would be done at my home and they had to drive my car back to dealership then drop it back off. So with that being said there was a big lack of correct factual communication! I could n would have preferred to drive my car there myself. I dont like people driving my car and that cost me gas and mileage i wasnt prepared for. Better communication next time preferred. I still have to have them mail me the missing top piece to the new key they made for me as well. I was told it had to be ordered. This also happened with no manual to the car at day i purchased then waited 2 weeks for it to be mailed to me so i could read up on how to use the car. I still gave a rating of a 10 score but you need to communicate n be better prepared to handle these situations.

Phillip and the rest of the staff at Gold Coast were great. My only complaint would be it took awhile and the breaks still squeak.
