My truck feels like a brand new truck. I appreciate the service they provided. I was however disappointed when I was told that my warranty on my tires didn’t apply for wear and tear. With that being said I still love my Cadillac Escalade and Gold Coast Dealership is the best dealership ever

Very disappointed. I made an appointment on 11/17 for a simple oil change and to check a few things. There were many issues with just setting up the appointment (wrong car, wrong owner etc) finally I got the email that it’s confirmed and for my requested valet pickup. The morning of my appointment I had to call because no one showed up, and of course , the appointment wasn’t even on the schedule. Then, once picked up at 10am, I did not hear from ANYONE until I called in myself at almost 5pm. That’s when I was told that the oil change is done but the other things would take a few days, I seemed to annoy the gentleman I spoke to, maybe because I’m a woman, I don’t know. But I have a plan to touch up little scratches and I was told someone would have to come out to look at that and it would take a few days lol I’m not dumb I just wanted someone to touch up the little scratches but I guess they wanted to be done for the day. I had to then make sure my car was dropped off to me (and had to ask for them to clean it because they wouldn’t have otherwise) I was also left with no gas, when at least Lexus fills up your tank, whether it’s an oil change or not. This will make me purchase from another dealer in the future. (This is Johns wife writing this, maybe if you dealt with my husband you would have handled this differently since he is a member of the Verrazano Cadillac Club..he is aware of my disappointment and agrees with me)

The service department hasn’t been exceptional in awhile. I had an oil change and they didn’t put fluid in for my wipers. Then I came back for another issues. I ask for touch of paint for my car back when I got the oil change. I was told it would be in and they would touch it up for me. Well when I came back to pick up the car, no paint in stock and will be mailed to me. I know these are small things but very frustrating when I spend $98,000 for a car

Very often called and nobody got back to me. I had to call continuously to get updates vs proactive calls to me.
