Yes, Mr. Boyle was fantastic. The check in process was very easy and pleasant. Mr. Boyle was very thorough; took the time to discuss every detail while writing me up. It was a very pleasant experience. My car was given back to me looking new! Whoever washed it, did a very good job inside and out. Thank you very much for this attention to detail. First, John Miller is absolutely a LOVELY man. REally nice. But very quiet. So, I had to ask him questions about the services done to my car. My past experiences have been the tech describes the work done to me prior to payment. This is just a constructive criticism. He also did not introduce himself to me at the beginning of service so I had no idea who he was. Once I asked questions, he was really knowledgeable and wonderful.

I spent $150.00 on an oil change to get home and realize the washer fluid wasn’t re-filled. When I filled up the reservoir myself I found a Powerbuilt Quick Disconnect tool left in the engine compartment. Furthermore, you rotated the tires and I discovered a broken nail embedded in the tread that needed to be removed. What type of service am I paying for?? Either refund me my $150, or I’ll find another dealer to service my car.
