The service at Gold Coast Cadillac was amazing. Philip realized that my vehicles was under service warranty and he saved me money. This is stand up service.
I was upset that my car came back not vacuumed or clean after all the money I spent.
Phil exemplifies old fashioned service, past the annoying phone trees and changing personnel who cannot seem to fathom that there be more than one Cadillac that you service( 3 actually), when I finally get to Phil, all is well.
He does know the cars, technically, too which saves time and money on diagnostics which is very much appreciated
