I was very satisfied with the initial service provided however since there were recalls issued nd caddy did not have the bolts needed to correct the issue and now I will need to bring my car back in for service which is all too time consuming. With that being said, I was very satisfied with the team and service provided day of visit. Thanks Merry Christmas

I had new grill put on my car and it looks magnificent, job well done- thank you for the chrome and black grill, it looks awesome. My experience for service has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING!! Such terrible service.a week for an oil change and a tire replacement.then we drive an hour to pick up car after they said it was ready and it wasnt ready for two more days.after buying 2 escalades there we have decided to buy our next escalade from pine belt when our lease expires based on this experience.
