I just wanted to share some things that I noticed with my service on this occasion. First I tried to call to make an appointment Monday December 3...the calls rang and rang and when finally connected I had to leave a voicemail asking to make an appointment which would have been perfectly fine if I had received a call back any time that day. So I called again on Tuesday and was able to sissy with a live person and made my appointment. Staff were polite and courteous as usual. However they did not have a rug protector on the drivers side and there was not the free car wash coupon that used to accompany a service visit. Luckily there did not appear to be any dirt/oil on the rug or mat. I have always had service taken care of during the week. This was my first Saturday.
Easy check in. Clear explanation of issue. Car dropped off at home. Would have appreciated a car wash and vacuum of carpets.
I always get excellent service from Mike. He is the best.

Anthony the lights are worse thay only send a beam around 50 ft in frontbof car a person walked in front of my car in bradley beach about 200 ft i did not see with my csr is light but lights from the office street lights im bring it back today if your open ill call around 8 am.
