I have had him as my contact for many visits to have my VW Eos repaired and each time he has been extremely professional, kind, courteous and friendly. Not to mention his great sense of humor. I suppose the oil change you guys did went fine as it should for such a minor service. However, part of the service should include resetting the service indicator message, which was not done. So I now have to dig out the manual and go do it myself.
May just want to tell your mechanics to pay a little more attention to detail.

It seems on the day of my appointment you were overbooked and I initially thought it was a bad experience. But you definitely made up for it on day 2 and my Mazda is riding great now.
