This was my first experience with Audi SF. Everything about this process was fantastic. I have high standards. I previously used Palo Alto Audi and was treated like crap there and will never return. This was a refreshing and fantastic experience. It’s odd but I actually can’t wsit to come back.

Love Johnny Lui he was great, and the other guy forget his name, but the fact that he remembered me buying my Aux cord and asked how it worked was awesome. Great people the work there. I will be coming back soon for more services very shortly. You guys are great!!!! Despite the cost, the service is what matters. The car is running as if she were brand new. Much love to you all especially Mr. Lui.

Hector was great, friendly from the moment he greeted me, concise in his explanation of the service and the technician's inspection report, and got me finished up and out the door quickly when I came back to collect the car.

Frank has always been the best service person. I have been trying to get reimbursed for 8 months for a rental car from Royal. I know he will get this taken vare of unfortunately I ask Craig several time via text and phone he said he is would take of it. Nothing was ever rone. I kept emailing him and he stopped replying. He has real bad customer service skills. Craig needs to learn better Cs skills. I am still waiting after 8 months to get reimbursed. I know Frank will take care of this. I am Still waiting.
