Aldo was really accommodating and made sure I had a replacement car to drive. He also really respected my time when I was in a jam trying to pick up my parents and drop off the rental -- and he took care of all that (the rental return, not picking up my parents - ha). Anyway -- it was a pleasant experience and took a lot of the stress out of a stressful situation. Thank you Aldo!

Adam and Royal /Audi were super: smart, helpful, and efficient. I had a potentially stressful issue of dealing with my Q5 3.0 recall, and Adam was knowledgeable about what needed to happen and directed the process to completion. It made my day!

After spending close to 3K to have my car serviced it would have been nice to have it at least washed when it was returned. I know that this was a service you used to do complimentary on every vehicle and that this practice was suspended during our severe drought. It would be nice to have this service returned for particular instances. At the least it would have been nice to have the broken glass vacuumed up from the car interior.

Chris is great and your techs deliver quality work every time! I do have a business process question for you that I would appreciate getting an answer for. Why do you insist on employing an annoying process to give me transportation credit? Instead of just providing all of your customers a simple credit on their invoice you foolishly waste your folks time and annoy the customers by making us search out our Uber receipts and send em to you and then get paid in cash. Cash is painful for you to handle, cash implies I used a taxi, and looking at receipts accomplishes nothing. All of your customers get there somehow. Just pick a set amount and advertise the credit. Do you really think this is a clever way to do this? Please answer, I’m curious.
