The lack of communication from Ashley and never updating me on my car was terrible. Then you charge me to get a rental car, and it takes 2 weeks to get reimbursed for $27? Never going to back to you again, don't bother calling or messaging, you'll here from me on Google reviews, I'll be sure your terrible Service and professionalism is noticed. JAMES E

Firmware to correct a known, intermittent issue with the overhead camera default settings was not applied as requested. Problem still occurs after this appointment. Service advisor provided incorrect information, requiring escalation to Service Manager and Audi of America
