The lack of communication from Ashley and never updating me on my car was terrible. Then you charge me to get a rental car, and it takes 2 weeks to get reimbursed for $27? Never going to back to you again, don't bother calling or messaging, you'll here from me on Google reviews, I'll be sure your terrible Service and professionalism is noticed.
