Walked away feeling like I overpaid for service and was scammed. For my brake service Adam initially gave me a quote of $1200 for just 2 front brakes. After I questioned this he brought it down to $1000 because he made a “mistake”. Clearly was just trying to exaracf as much money for me as possible. After I dropped off my car I called around and found out I significantly overpaid especially since I only did 2 brakes. Also the water shortage is over, but you no longer wash the car, not great service to keep the cost saving measures even after there is no reason. Won’t be returning to Royal Audi Service again.

The service personnel's attitude is good. But the root cause of my loud noise brake problem probably not fix yet. The service person told me where I live might have causes the problem. But I had this issue since day one I took delivery of my 2018 Audi model A3. Also I had drive Mercedes, BMW, Cadillac and the less expensive model Acura, Pontiac while I lived in this same address for 40 years. I never had this nose brake on the other new cars as this new Audi A3.
