You had my VW Touareg car for TEN days and did a recall repair but didn’t do ANY of the other fixes i needed. You didn’t even change a stupid headlight lightbulb that was out. I was told it would take two days to get an airbag part and after 9 days and 3 phone calls I made to ask what was happening, I didn’t even get the courtesy of a return phone call!!! After ten days I told them I needed my car back becasue I was leaving town. I had hoped at least the lightbulb was fixed. Nope. So I drove to the Sierras with a broken airbag and headlight. Thanks a lot. Not even a sorry or phone call to explain what the heck went on for TEN days . Pathetic. I will NOT be back.

Since the vehicle was not washed, I did it myself and discovered a part that is about to fall out. The rear right red plastic part covering some light. No one noticed I guess. I don't live in the city and will be a hassle to drive over just to get this reattached.

The same issue cane back after 3 days. All the brake malfunction lights came back on after 3 days. I was told it was a battery issue, which was not the case.

Frank Lee described the problems leading to the symptoms I reported for my car, in a way that seemed accurate. He also recommended solutions and only tried to obscure the price a little.
The repair was completed later than the estimate, but it was not a problem.

Hector was fabulous. Very friendly, professional and he taught me something I did not know about my car. No one ever told me how to use the emergency “key” in my key fob to not only open the door and get into the car if the fob is not working but also how to hold the fob/key up to the ignition start button to get the car to start! No one ever told me that! And that is important info to have. Great job Hector! He sent me texts during the day letting me know the status of my car service...he did everything perfect right up to me receiving my car. He was fantastic!

Always honest, reasonable and timely service and repair. Very different from my experience at other VW dealerships in the Bay Area.
