please check ypur calendar...email sent to me said car was ready 3/22...in fact when I went to pick up was told car WASN'T ready until MON 3/25... Jim continues to be, as always, A+ in taking care of service! he's great in all regards! job well done every time! Harriet

Everyone was great - from scheduling to pickup. Jim had the paperwork ready for me when I dropped off my car, gave me an accurate time estimate and the payment system worked great too. I had to wait a bit for my car to be brought by but the driver apologized for the wait. Great experience as always.

Frank was very helpful and easy to work with. But getting a quote and ordering and paying for the windshield was a nightmare. I am usually very pleased with my service at Royal Auto Group but this time, the steps to obtain the service were terrible.
