Everyone was great - from scheduling to pickup. Jim had the paperwork ready for me when I dropped off my car, gave me an accurate time estimate and the payment system worked great too. I had to wait a bit for my car to be brought by but the driver apologized for the wait. Great experience as always.
Dan was thorough and really helped me out by letting me have a loaner while the warranty-covered item was fixed and new tires/alignment done.

Frank was very helpful and easy to work with. But getting a quote and ordering and paying for the windshield was a nightmare. I am usually very pleased with my service at Royal Auto Group but this time, the steps to obtain the service were terrible.
