I would have liked to have an explanation of my bill better. For example I know the brakes and tires were checked, but I don’t know if they are to the point of replacement. I’ll need to look at my previous bill to compare. Otherwise all was great. Thanks

Graig, was very polite. Very nice man to talk too, spoke slowly and very easy to comunicate with, specially when English is my second language. He explained what was done and what I need to do, like oil change and when I open the door to the drivers side it makes a loud noice - Graig fixed it.Thank you Mr Foley, good job, keep it up.

I ordered a tow hitch, and paid for the labor for a complete installation, but only some of it was installed. When i got the car and looked at the tow hitch, i saw the ball hadn't been installed, because the housing was missing, and i didn't see the wiring for the electrical. Apparently the parts department only ordered some of the parts, not all of them, and the mechanic who installed it didn't raise a red flag.
After i brought it up, the service team was very apologetic and understanding, and ordered the remaining parts for me. But now i have to bring it back to get the rest installed. Annoying.

I’m a little disappointed that despite having purchased my vehicle very recently from Royal Automotive of SF that I never receive any coupons or reduced offers for standard services like oil changes. I was able to use a discount available through the website, but at the current price (even with the $20 discount), I think next time I’ll have to go somewhere else.

Advisor Johnny Liu inaccurately blamed a tire that I had replaced at a service station for what was actually a damaged wheel bearing. This misinformation resulted in a lot of wasted time for me as well as the service station that then rebalanced and rotated the wheels at no charge.
The start stop feature still does not work and I never heard about status of the car all day.
When I got to the dealership at 5 that is when I was told the software update was not done as it would take 4 hours. And that neither the GPS or the engine start stop feature are actually working.
This is a after the car was there all day.
I have to bring it back on Monday am again and hope that I get it back with everything working. The car was just there a week or two ago for 3 days. Couldn't all the software updates be done then? And the check for the start stop feature not working be done then? As I did have it as a complaint then too. Completely not acceptable is how I feel with this situation.

First off i want to state that Dan was fine and an excellent service rep. What bothered me after the service was the high cost. Did i really need a new engine air filter? Maybe. Did i need a new interior air filter. Not sure to most likely not. The over $300 service price leaves me feeling nickle and dimed.
So it's bad on me for not listening to my instincts. But for sure i will be highly critical of further line item maintenance at Royal auto. Please don't have add-on maintenance costs unless necessary.
