The person with whom I made the appointment made no effort in setting expectations on how long the service would take. I asked for the earliest appointment in the AM so I could wait and then get to work. When I arrived and checked in, I asked if the waiting room had WiFi. The man who helped me looked puzzled and asked me if I really wanted to wait because it was going to take at least a half-day. Needless to say, I had to work from home and never made it to the office. They called at 11:30 to tell me my tech went to lunch, and would finish up when he was done. I received a text at 1:25 that my car was finished, and when I picked it up it wasn’t even washed. In summary, the customer service reps didn’t go out of their way to be helpful, and the experience left much to be desired considering the money spent on Audi vehicles. I’ve had better experience at dealer service locations for cars I’ve paid half as much for.

Hector was so nice to me from the minute I walked in the door. He kept me updated on the progress and timing and even taught me things I hadn’t previously known about my car. I can honestly say this was the best car related experience I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back and will tell everyone I know about this place. Thanks again for everything, Hector!
