I just know her as Jim Yarad's colleague. She is learning from a proven professional. I see high energy and her will to learn. U think her customer service is about average. I feel that her learning the product and service aspects of the biz, in turn, she will improve the interpersonal skills ( I think she has) and apply them to the day to day business.
Christopher was extremely condescending to my partner and me. I was left feeling angry and belittled every time we interacted. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had and I will never do business with Royal Automotive again due to my service experience.
