We wife’s service was poor. She was reluctant to change from her preferred servicing with the Audi in Burlingame, but I insisted the customer service was excellent here. When my wife dropped off her car, she felt one of the charges was excessive and the rep failed to give her a decent explanation. My wife called the Burlingame dealership to get a comparison and called back to see if you could at least match there price. The rep seemed annoyed and said “we don’t that here”. I feel like a fool for vouching for your business. She ended up doing the second half of her service at Burlingame to save $74. We are a family of Audi owners and will probably do business elsewhere in the future.

When I brought my vehicle in I told him I thought it needed new brake pads. He called at 5pm and said the car was ready to pickup but that I’d have to bring it back for new brake pads because they were low. The only reason I bring my car to you at this point for service is because it’s reliable and there’s good customer service. I would have hope that you could change the oil and do other regular maintenance (that I can have done much more cheaply elsewhere) and change brake pads in the same day if I indicated that was required upon deliver in the morning.

Completely professional. There to make sure the customer is taken care of and the job is done efficiently and quickly as possible. Don’t loose him.
Dwight was terrific and none of what follows is about him, but as I told him, I arrived on time for my appointment and proceeded to wait by my car for almost 15 minutes without any acknowledgement of my presence by any of the dozen or so staff who passed by me — not even a hello or “We’ll be with you as soon as we can.” It was pretty shocking to me that any customer could be ignored like that, and it reflects either very poor training in the basics of customer service or a culture that is not customer-focused, neither of which is okay in a customer-facing environment. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at the shop, but it was the most egregious, so I wanted to bring it to your attention.
