Dan had the paperwork ready when I arrived, he explained the work that will be done and when the car will be ready for pick up. Dan sent regular text updates which I appreciated. Dan called me when the car was ready and shortly after he sent a text that offered the option to pay on line prior to picking up the car. Although Dan was out when I picked up the car, I was promptly assisted by another advisor (I don't recall his name), who reviewed the the work that was done and break and tire conidtions which was very helpful. SUGGESTION: Add break and tire information on invoice

Jim Yared is a professional. He stays current on my vehicle history so when I have questions, he has answers. I have received excellent customer service for the duration of my ownership of the car since 2011. Except when someone thought it was a good idea to move him to the Audi side of the operation...the customer service was terrible. I thought I was going to have to purchase an Audi. Thank you for bringing him back to the Volvo side as I can not afford an Audi. The other best customer service I get from JIM is his sense of humor. The most important service I can receive from Royal Motors, is that you take care of JIM Yared as he is an excellent, professiona,l caring, front line employee to your business.
