Hector is excellent!!! He listens, answers all questions and gives excellent advice. Hector is very professional without being cold. He’s a warm, courteous rep who knows his product thoroughly and has loads of charisma. He also responds quickly to messages and phone calls while researching your questions throughly. Hector should be running your outfit!!!

I left two messages when I wanted to schedule the appointment. One with the main service number and one with a service advisor directly, and no one returned my call. When I called again, I was able to reach someone and schedule and appointment, but I do feel that calls should be returned. The actual appointment was fine. I wish they could have fully diagnosed the problem in the 6 hours I had available to leave the car, but I appreciate that they will contact me when a loaner car is available so that I can leave the car longer. Thanks.

Jim listened to my concerns and had a mechanic check out the clunk sound when shifting from reverse to the drive position. Too, the mechanic took the XC 70 on an extended ride to try and replicate a jerky shift from second to first when in stop and go commute traffic. Apparently the car was fit to go and no service was required at this time. I appreciate Jim’s efforts in my behalf. Peter
